Este proyecto curatorial fue ganador del concurso de arte público denominado “Proyecto Curatorial Edificio Centro Cultural Gabriela Mistral”, convocado por la Dirección de Arquitectura Ministerio de Obras Públicas de Chile y la Comisión Nemesio Antúnez el año 2009, para incorporar obras de arte al Nuevo Edificio Centro Cultural Gabriela Mistral.
